Returns & Replacements

Return:
If there is a problem with the product that you receive, please email us within 7 days of receipt of your order and make sure to include the following:
* Your name.
* Your address.
* Your email address.
* Your order number, or the receipt or packing list.
* The reason for your return.
* Please state whether you would like a refund or an exchange.
Please wrap your package securely, and enclose a copy of our email.
If you are returning perishable food items to us, they must be returned within 48 hours of receiving the merchandise. All other items must be returned within 7 days of your receiving them.
We recommend that you return your package insured mail for your protection.
We do not refund shipping costs unless the item was received by the buyer damaged or the buyer received the wrong item.
If you chose a refund rather than an exchange, the full purchase price for the merchandise in your order will be credited to the same form of payment used for the original purchase.
Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your statement.
*No returns on perishable items unless they are not opened, or they are damaged on delivery. *
Customers are responsible for shipping the item(s) back to us.
All shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Damaged/Defect Item Return:
We will accept returns if an item was damaged/Defect during shipping. Any item(s) returned MUST be returned with the original box and original invoice(or packing material ).
We reserve the right to reject any refund if an item does not have the original box
or was damaged intentionally or if a different item was returned.

Exchange:
* Items cannot be exchanged with any other item. Defective or damaged items will be exchanged for the same item.
* It may take up to 7 business days to process your return after we receive the item back.
