Returns & Replacements

Return:

If there is a problem with the product that you receive,

Please email us at contact@kalamala.com within 7 days of receipt of your order

Please wrap your package securely, and enclose a copy of our email.

** We send a return label only if the item(items) is defective or a wrong item was sent **

If you return perishable food items to us, they must be returned within 48 hours of receiving the merchandise. All other items must be returned within 7 days of your receiving them.

We recommend that you return your package insured mail for your protection.

We do not refund shipping costs unless the item was received by the buyer damaged or the buyer received the wrong item.

If you choose a refund rather than an exchange, the full purchase price for the merchandise in your order will be credited to the same form of payment used for the original purchase.

Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your statement.

*No returns on perishable items unless they are not opened or are damaged on delivery. *

Customers are responsible for shipping the item(s) back to us.

All shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Damaged/Defect Item Return: 

We will accept returns if an item was damaged/defective during shipping. Any item(s) returned MUST be returned with the original box and original invoice(or packing material ).

We reserve the right to reject any refund if an item does not have the original box

 Or was it damaged intentionally, or if a different item returned

Exchange:

* Items cannot be exchanged for any other item. Defective or damaged items will be exchanged for the same item. 
* It may take up to 7 business days to process your return after we receive the item back.
